This seminar covers the civil service law and rules and regulations governing the rights, duties and responsibilities of civil servants.
This course is designed to provide participants tips and techniques in writing a memorandum, brief, correspondence, and other documents used in the legal environment. Emphasis will be placed on grammar, punctuation, composition, and proper writing styles. There will also be exercises designed to build vocabulary and teach correct grammar usage and proper book citations. Likewise, the course introduces the techniques on locating, analyzing, applying, and updating sources of law.
This seminar is about the general picture of the bureaucratic government and its practices as provided under Administrative Code of 1987.
